The hair is very soft and manageable, it curls and straightens great. It does shed a lot and loses its curl pattern after washing. The hair isn't too thin and I only had to use 2 bundles for a 16 inch bob wig which is great.

Okay so 2 months after making the wig the frontal starting balding. I have about 8 different wigs and natural hair so I wasn't using it that often. I believe the second time I washed it the hair started to come out in clumps. The bundles are still good and soft but if you are planning to bleach the hair I suggest going with a different company, my hairdresser used 40v developer and the hair lifted to brown after 40 minutes.
