Product Marketing
This wine is a medium - bodied red from the Saint - Émilion sub - region of Bordeaux, France. The grapes are hand - harvested and undergo separate vinification. Cold maceration precedes yeast inoculation, and fermentation occurs with pump - overs and cap punching. Controlled maceration at 28°C leads to tasteful running off. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new barrels. Winter blending precedes 10 - 12 months' maturation in oak barrels before bottling.
