Arnaldo-Caprai's Umbria Grechetto Anima Umbra is an IGT white wine from Umbria, Italy, first produced in 2007. Composed of 85% Grechetto and 15% Trebbiano Spoletino, it features a spurred cordon and Guyot training system at 4,000–5,000 plants/ha, yielding 90 q/ha. Harvested in the first half of September, it ages 3 months in stainless steel and at least 3 months in bottle. Exhibiting yellow peach, freesia, and mineral aromas, the palate is dry, fresh, and finishes with pleasant almond notes. Ideal chilled at 10°C, it pairs with appetizers, fish, and white meat. With high acidity, low tannins, and medium body, this versatile wine offers floral, aromatic character and refining potential for 3 years.
