Detailed Product Description 

Aptamil Advanced Follow On Milk is crafted to meet the growing nutritional needs of babies from 6 to 12 months. This advanced formula includes patented ingredient blends inspired by over 50 years of breastmilk research. It features Galacto-Oligosaccharides (GOS), Fructo-Oligosaccharides (FOS), and 2’FL, a unique combination in the UK’s follow-on milks, supporting immune health and cognitive development. Each 100ml prepared feed provides 285kJ/68kcal of energy, 3.2g of fat (including 1.4g saturates), 8.2g of carbohydrates (including 8.1g sugars), 0.6g of fibre, and 1.4g of protein, along with essential vitamins and minerals like Vitamin D, iron, and calcium.

Directions for Use 

Preparation: Boil 1 litre of freshly run water and leave it to cool for 30 minutes so the water reaches approximately 70°C. Measure the required amount of water (refer to the feeding guide) into a sterilized beaker. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water. Mixing: Use the scoop provided and level off the powder with the built-in leveller. Add the correct measure of powder to the water. Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful. Place the sterilized lid on the beaker and shake immediately, vertically and vigorously for at least 10 seconds until the powder is dissolved. Cooling: Cool under running tap water. Check the temperature of the feed by placing a few drops on the inside of your wrist. It should feel lukewarm but not hot. Feed immediately. 

Feeding Guide: Approx. 1 beaker: No. of level scoops per feed (1 scoop = 4.8g): 7; Quantity of water per feed: 210ml, 7fl oz. After 6 months, once weaning is established, give your baby about 1 pint (500-600ml) per day.
