Aptamil Follow On Milk Pre-measured Tabs are designed to complement your baby's weaning diet from 6 to 12 months. These pre-measured tabs eliminate the need for scoops, making them easier to prepare than powdered formulations. Each tab is precisely measured to ensure accurate nutrition, dissolving quickly when added to water. 

Each 100ml prepared feed provides: Energy: 285kJ / 68kcal Fat: 3.2g (of which saturates 1.4g) Carbohydrate: 8.2g (of which sugars 8.1g) Fibre: 0.6g Protein: 1.4g Vitamins: Including Vitamin A, D, E, K1, C, B1, B2, B3, B6, Folate, B12, Biotin, Pantothenic acid Minerals: Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Fluoride, Selenium, Iodine 

Directions for Use 

Preparation: Boil 1 litre of freshly run water in a kettle and leave it to cool for 30 minutes so the water can reach the recommended temperature of 70°C. Pour the correct amount of water into a sterilized beaker as per the feeding guide. Tear off the top of the sachet and add the correct number of tabs to the water without touching the tabs. Place the sterilized lid on the beaker and shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds until all the powder is dissolved. Cool the beaker by placing it under cold running tap water or in a bowl of cold water. Check the temperature by placing a few drops on the inside of your wrist. The formula should feel lukewarm but not hot. 

Feeding Guide: For babies aged 6-12 months, give about 1 pint (500-600ml) per day. Always make up each feed as required and never leave your baby alone during feeding.
