Bamboo Tree Rice Vermicelli (Bun Tuoi Rice Noodles)
Cooking Instructions:
Rice Rice Vermicelli: Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 8 minutes, then take out and rinse by cool water and serve as fresh vermicelli. Fresh rice vermicelli can be preserved for 6-8 hours. You can use fresh vermicelli with roasted meat, deep-fried spring rolls or with broth of your choice.
Pan-fried vermicelli: Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 7 minutes, take them out, rinse by cool water and drain off water. Prepare a hot pan, add some cooking oil, add your favourite meat, vegetables, mushroom seafood and seasoning, and stir fry evenly for a couple of minutes. After the mixture is cooked, add vermicelli into the pan, mix all and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. The pan-fried vermicelli is now ready to be served.
Caution: Do not soak rice vermicelli in cool water before cooking in boiling water. Otherwise, rice vermicelli will not be as dry as cooking in boiling water 100% totally.
Keep in dry & cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
Not use food additives and chemicals.
