How to Use:

1. Swivel the pencil up only about 1/8 inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing the formula to air, which can dry it out).

2. Line the eyes with the pencil.

3. For a "smoky" look, use the sponge tip to smudge and blend the color.

4. Allow the color to set for 60 seconds for transfer-resistance.

5. Secure the cap tightly after use to protect the formula.

6. Can be used alone or layered over eyeshadow for a more dramatic effect.
