Detailed Product Description
Dettol Liquid Chloroxylenol 4.8% w/v is a concentrated antiseptic solution that kills bacteria and protects against the germs that can cause infection and illness. For wound cleansing, dilute 12.5 ml (2½ teaspoons) of Dettol Liquid in ¼ L of water, wash the affected area and cover with dry gauze or lint. 

Ingredients
Chloroxylenol 4.8% w/v as the active substance, pine oil, isopropyl alcohol, caustic soda solution and castor oil (which may cause skin reactions).

Product Warnings
Do not use Dettol Liquid on eczema or similar dry skin conditions. Do not use if you are allergic to chloroxylenol or any of the other ingredients. Do not use undiluted and do not swallow. Not recommended for use around cats. If contact with the eyes occurs, wash thoroughly with cold water. If swallowed, rinse the mouth, drink plenty of water or milk, and consult a doctor—take this bottle with you.
