Domaine Girard Chardonnay Classique, Pays d'Oc, France, 750ml : Domaine Girard was set up at the beginning of the 20th century in Alaigne and has seen four generations of winegrowers tend its vines. The Estate uses the principles of “agriculture raisonnée”, with as little use of chemicals as possible and extensive use of mechanical work to keep yields low and improve its quality. This classic French-style Chardonnay is a great-quality wine at a great price. This elegant and fragrant wine is a benchmark example of ripe Chardonnay. Delicate and long-lasting with lots of tropical fruit flavours. Drink this with a salad or light white meat dishes.
