Gaviscon Double Action Mint Liquid offers rapid and long-lasting relief from heartburn and indigestion, lasting up to 4 hours. This product works in two ways: it neutralises excess stomach acid to relieve discomfort and forms a protective barrier over stomach contents to soothe the burning sensation in the chest. Unlike typical antacids, Gaviscon forms a raft that keeps stomach acid in place. It is suitable for adults, the elderly, and children over 12 years. The liquid does not contain sugar or gluten and is safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Always consult with a healthcare provider if symptoms persist or are severe.

Directions for Use

For oral administration only. Shake well before use. Adults, the elderly, and children aged 12 years and over should take 10-20 ml after meals and at bedtime, up to four times a day. Children under 12 years should only use this product on medical advice.

Ingredients

Contains Sodium, Calcium, Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E218), and Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E216). Also contains Aspartame (E951) and Carmoisine Lake (E122).
