Galpharm's Paracetamol Plus 500mg/65mg Effervescent Tablets are meticulously formulated to offer prompt and efficient relief from a gamut of painful conditions and discomforts. Each tablet incorporates 500mg of paracetamol and 65mg of caffeine, rendering it highly suitable for combating headaches, migraines, backaches, muscle aches, joint pain, toothaches, period pain, and neuralgia. Moreover, these tablets are also beneficial in diminishing fever, soothing sore throats, and relieving the general aches and pains that accompany colds and flu.

Directions for Use
For Oral Use:
Dissolve the tablets in water prior to ingestion.
Adults and Children 16 Years and Over: Take 2 tablets dissolved in at least half a tumbler of water every 4 to 6 hours as required. Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours and do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children Aged 12 - 15: Take 1 tablet dissolved in at least a half tumbler of water every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours and do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Do not administer to children under 12 years of age.
