Detailed Product Description
Growing Success Organic Slug Stop Pellet Barrier is a natural, non-toxic solution designed to protect your plants from slug and snail damage. The granules form a physical barrier around plants, deterring pests without the use of harmful chemicals. Suitable for use around all edible and non-edible plants, these pellets are ideal for organic gardening. They are safe to use around children, pets, and wildlife, and remain effective in both wet and dry conditions. Additionally, the pellets contain slow-release nutrients that enhance soil structure and fertility.
Directions for Use
Before application, ensure the area is free from slugs and snails. For individual plants, place a heap of pellets around the plant using approximately 10 grams to create a layer about 2cm deep, ensuring the barrier touches the stem. For groups of plants, spread a line of pellets around the plants to be protected, forming a barrier 2cm wide and 2cm deep. In containers, apply the product as a mulch, creating a 2cm deep layer on top of the soil, ensuring it touches the stems of the plants. Reapply as necessary, especially after heavy rain, as the pellets may break down over time.
