characterful biscuits.
We use only organic ingredients in generous proportions. Then we bake in unique ovens heated by Mull's plentiful renewable timber for a perfect gentle
bake.
Our mixers whizz with clean electricity generated on the Tobermory river that flows past our bakery. This works best on Mull's frequent rainy days....
