Detailed Product Description
Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Capsules provide effective relief from common cold and flu symptoms, including fever, headaches, blocked nose, body aches, and sore throat. Each capsule contains a combination of active ingredients—paracetamol to help reduce pain and fever, phenylephrine hydrochloride to relieve nasal congestion, and caffeine to help combat tiredness and drowsiness.
For oral use only. Swallow the capsules whole with water. Do not chew.
Recommended Dose
Adults, the elderly, and children aged 16 years and over: Take two capsules every 4–6 hours as required. Do not exceed four doses in any 24 hours. If using a night-time paracetamol product before bed, do not exceed three doses of Lemsip Max in 24 hours.
Do not take more than 8 capsules in any 24 hours. Do not give to children under 16 years of age.
Important Information
Contains paracetamol. Do not take with other paracetamol-containing products. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if symptoms persist. Talk to a doctor immediately if you take too much of this medicine, even if you feel well.
Do not take if allergic to any ingredient, or if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, an enlarged prostate, pheochromocytoma, or if you are taking other sympathomimetic decongestants or MAOIs (antidepressants) within 14 days.
