Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Sachets provide effective relief from common cold and flu symptoms, including fever, headaches, body aches, sore throat, and blocked nose. The combination of active ingredients includes paracetamol for pain relief and fever reduction, phenylephrine hydrochloride as a decongestant, and vitamin C to support overall health during recovery.
Recommended Dose
For oral use only. Pour one sachet of powder into a mug and fill with hot, but not boiling, water. Stir until dissolved. Sweeten to taste with sugar, honey, or your usual sweetener if preferred.
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take one sachet every 4–6 hours as required, up to a maximum of 4 sachets in 24 hours.
Do not give to children under 12 years, except on medical advice.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Important Information
Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products.
Seek immediate medical advice in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not take if allergic to any ingredient, if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, have had a peptic ulcer, or if you are taking or have taken MAOIs (antidepressants) within 14 days.
Consult your pharmacist or doctor before taking if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
