Its powerful formula works below the gumline and between teeth to reduce plaque, support gum health, and keep teeth naturally white. Directions for Use

Use twice daily, morning and evening, after brushing. Pour 20ml (4 x 5ml teaspoonfuls) into a glass, rinse around teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow.
