Meridian Yeast Extract is a gluten-free, salted, nutritious yeast extract enriched with vitamin B12. It is vegan and high in protein and vitamins. Suitable for spreading on toast, adding to sauces, or salads. It is produced by a natural enzymatic fermentation process from brewer's yeast grown in barley wort. Gluten is reduced to undetectable levels using ELISA tests, meeting the EU gluten-free standard (<20ppm).
