We source 100% of our rice from pioneering farmers who are reducing CO2 emissions and conserving precious water resources. Rice farming has a shocking sustainability record. CO2-eq emissions from flooded paddy fields are a huge contributor to climate change. In fact, beef is the only food with higher global emissions. We source our rice from pioneering farmers who prioritise sustainability, cutting CO2-eq emissions by 49%.
