Directions for Use

Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Swallow 1 or 2 caplets with water, up to three times a day as required.

Do not take during the last 3 months of pregnancy. Consult your doctor/pharmacist before use if you have asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, liver, heart, kidney, or bowel problems, or if you are dehydrated or a smoker. Seek advice before using if you are breastfeeding, pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or suffer from allergies. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
