Directions for Use

Adults, the elderly, and children aged 12 to 18 years: Take 1 or 2 tablets up to three times a day as needed.

Place the tablet on your tongue, allow it to dissolve completely, and then swallow—no water is required.

Do not take during the last 3 months of pregnancy.
