Otrivine Child Nasal Drops provide effective relief from nasal congestion, including symptoms of colds, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. The active ingredient, xylometazoline hydrochloride, works by reducing excessive nasal secretions and helping swollen blood vessels return to their normal size, which helps unblock the nose quickly—typically within 2 minutes. The effect can last up to 10 hours.

Dosage: For children aged 6–12 years, use 1 or 2 drops in each nostril 1 or 2 times daily. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours. Not to be used for more than 5 days without the advice of a doctor. Otrivine Child Nasal Drops are not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
