Otrivine Congestion Relief 0.1% Nasal Spray is expertly formulated to combat the discomfort of nasal congestion brought about by common colds, sinusitis, and allergies such as hay fever. When it comes to nasal application, it's essential to prime the pump. This involves actuating it 5 times before the first use. Once primed, the pump will stay charged throughout the typical daily treatment periods. In cases where the spray fails to eject during a full actuation stroke or if the product has not been used for over 7 days, simply re-prime with 2 actuations.

Directions for Use
For Nasal Use:
Prime the pump by actuating 5 times prior to the first use.
Once primed, the pump will remain charged throughout regular daily treatment periods.
If the spray is not ejected during the full actuation stroke or if the product has not been used for longer than 7 days, re-prime with 2 actuations.
Dosage for Adults and Children over 12 Years:
One spray in each nostril up to 3 times daily as required.
Do not use after 28 days of opening.

Ingredients
The active ingredient is Xylometazoline Hydrochloride at 0.1% w/v (1mg/ml). The nasal spray also contains other ingredients, namely Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, Disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, Sodium chloride, Disodium edetate, Levomenthol, Cineole, Sorbitol, Polyoxyl hydrogenated castor oil (macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate), and Purified water.
