Directions for Use

Dosage:
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: Take two 5ml spoonfuls once daily.
Children aged between 6 and 12 years: Consume one 5ml spoonful twice daily, in the morning and evening.
Children aged between 2 and 6 years: Have half a spoonful (2.5ml) twice daily, also in the morning and evening.
Children under 2 years: Not advisable to use.
