Directions for Use
Muscular Aches and Pains (Adults and children over 2 years):
Apply Tiger Balm White gently to the affected body part as required, typically 2 - 3 times a day. If there's no improvement after two weeks or if the symptoms deteriorate, consult a medical professional.
Tension Headaches (Adults only):
Take a pea-sized quantity of the ointment and apply it to the forehead or temples. Massage it in a circular motion until it's fully absorbed. If the headache lingers, repeat the application 30 minutes later and again after one hour.
General Precautions:
