Red currants are brought to the boil and simmered gently. The juice and fruit are then transferred to our fruit press where it is squeezed slowly to extract the maximum amount of juice from the fruit. This distinctive jelly is just perfect to accompany roast lamb, and also makes a delicious addition to all gravies.
