Walker's introduce Gluten Free Pure Butter Shortbread - our pure butter gluten free shortbread offers a crumbly "melt-in-your-mouth" texture. All Walker's gluten free shortbreads are certified by the UK Coeliac Society. Each product meets the standard for gluten free food, which is to have less than 20 parts per million of gluten. Walkers Scottish Biscuits are baked in the secluded village of Aberlour, Speyside, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.
