CALPOL® Sugar Free Infant Suspension is a strawberry-flavored syrup designed to provide effective relief from fever (raised temperature), post-immunization fever, cold and flu symptoms, teething discomfort, headaches, sore throats, earaches, and other aches and pains. This product is intended for use in children aged 2 months to 6 years. It is sugar-free, making it suitable for children who need to avoid sugar. The syrup comes in a convenient 100ml bottle and contains paracetamol as its active ingredient. Each dose provides quick relief while being gentle on your child’s stomach. The pleasant strawberry flavor makes it easier for children to take the medicine without fuss.
Direction for Use
Shake well before use: shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before each use.
Dosage guidelines: children aged 2-3 months: give 2.5 ml. If necessary, after 4-6 hours, give a second 2.5 ml dose. Do not give to babies less than 2 months old. Only give if your baby weighs over 4 kg and was born after 37 weeks.Children aged 3-6 months: give 2.5 ml up to 4 times a day.Children aged 6-24 months: give 5 ml up to 4 times a day.Children aged 2-4 years: give 7.5 ml (5 ml + 2.5 ml) up to 4 times a day.Children aged 4-6 years: give 10 ml (5 ml + 5 ml) up to 4 times a day.Interval between doses: leave at least 4 hours between doses.Maximum doses: do not give more than 4 doses in any 24-hour period. Do not give this medicine for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
