The pan is oven safe up to 220°C, whilst the three layer bonded base allows for use on any hob type including induction for greater cooking versatility. The lid has dual sized straining holes that allow for easy serving, removing the water to avoid spillages. It is dishwasher safe for simple and fuss free cleaning, although handwash is recommended to maintain the finish.
