We source 100% of our rice from pioneering farmers who are reducing CO₂ emissions and conserving precious water resources. Rice farming has a shocking sustainability record. CO₂-eq emissions from flooded paddy fields are a huge contributor to climate change. In fact, beef is the only food with higher global emissions. We source our rice from pioneering farmers who prioritise sustainability, cutting CO₂-eq emissions by 49%.
