1. How do I purchase an item ?

l  Find the items that you need and ensure that the size, color, model, and other parameters of the item match your needs. You can find the detailed descriptions of the items on the Item Description page;

l  Sometimes, coupons are offered by Joybuy or sellers. Please look out for them on the Item Description page;

l  Click on Buy Now to enter the payment page. You can also add the item to your Shopping Cart and continue searching for other items.



l  If you wish to purchase all the items in your ShoppingCart, you can select All and then make payment.



Note: You cannot manually change your shipping address after making a purchase. If you have a special case, please send a messageto the seller or contact our customer service center at contact@jd.com.


2. Howdo I configure my address ?

You can enter multiple shipping addresses from My Shipping Addresses and select the one you use mostoften as your default address.

l  First, please place an order on the item you'd like to purchase in order to proceed to the payment page.  For details on the next steps,click here.

l  From the payment page, you can configure your shipping address at the top and add your commonly used addresses.




l  Please note that you can only add up to 50 addresses and they must be entered using English letters and numbers.


3. Why can’t I place an order ?

l  The item may have been taken down orthere is no sufficient stock.

l  Your account has purchased the same product repeatedly within 24 hours and the system detects that your account security may be at risk.

l  Your shipping address includes non-English characters.


4. How can I cancel an order ?

l  If you haven’t made payment yet, perform the following steps:

Go to MyOrders - Awaiting Payment and locate the order of the item you wish to cancel;

Click on Cancel Order and click OK to cancel the order.




l  If you have already made payment, but the item has not yet been shipped, perform the following steps:

Go to My Order - Awaiting Shipping and locate the order of the item you wish to cancel;

Click on Cancel Order and click OK to cancel your order.

Note: Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you have a special case, please contact the seller for cancellation and if the seller agrees, you can cancel the order.


5. How do I checkthe order status ?

l  Log in to your Joybuy account and click on My Orders from the upper right of the homepage.



l  You can search the order number from the search bar.



l  You can also check the status of your order from the Order Status at the top of the order.




6. How do I check the details of my order ?

l  Log in to your Joybuy account and click on My Orders from the upper right of the homepage;



l  Locate the order you wish to check and click Order Details.




7. Why has my order been suspended (customer service related) ?

l  When an orderis suspended, we will send you an email detailing the reason.

l  You can also check the reason for the suspension from your account : My Orders > Check Details

l  You can check suspended orders through Suspended Orders.


8. What if I still need to contact the seller after placing anorder ?

Log in to Joy Buy and click on My Orders from the upper right of the homepage.



l  Locate the relevant order and click on Contact Seller in the upper right to send the seller a message.




l  If the seller does not reply to your message, please contact our customer service center at contact@jd.com.


9. What if I selected the wrong size or model of an item but have already placed the order ?

Please check the order status:

l  If the order status is Awaiting Shipping, you can directly cancel the order and place a new order;

l  If the order status is Awaiting Delivery, then your order can no longer be canceled. However, you can try contacting the seller for a possible solution.



10. How do I confirm receipt ?

l  Log in to JoyBuy and click on My Orders on the upper right of the homepage.



l  Select an order with the status Awaiting Delivery and click Confirm Receipt.




11. What should I do if the seller does not respond to my message ?

If the buyer does not reply to your message, please contact our customer servicecenter at contact@jd.com.
