What payment methods can I use?

Currently joybuy.com accepts PayPal as a method of payment. More payment options will be available on joybuy.com in the near future.

How do I track my order?

After the order is shipped out, the tracking number will be shown under My Account > My Orders > View Order Details. You can track your order on the shipping company's website with the tracking number provided.

When will I receive my order?

Generally, orders will be delivered within 3 - 60 working days.

 

How do I check the order status?

You will be able to check the status of your order under My Account > My Orders > View Order Details.

Do you provide the tracking number?

After the order is shipped out, the tracking number will be shown under My Account > My Orders > View Order Details.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund period for debit cards is 3-5 business days and 10-30 business days for credit cards

How do I make a refund request?

If you wish to return an item, submit a return request under My Account> My Orders. We will solve the refund issue within 2 business days.

How long do I have to request a refund?

Joybuy.com offers refunds for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Most items sold on Joybuy.com follow our general Return’s Policy. When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had it, and how the item was purchased.
