Directions for Use

Before using the product, read the enclosed leaflet carefully.

Preparation: Fill a glass with approximately 240ml of cold water.

Mixing: Pour the contents of one sachet into the water, avoiding inhaling the powder. Stir well and drink immediately, preferably after meals.

Dosage for Adults and Children Over 12 Years: Take one sachet in the morning and one in the evening.

Dosage for Children Aged 6 to 12 Years: Take half to one level 5ml spoonful depending on size and age, morning and evening.

Timing: Do not take immediately before going to sleep. If there has been no bowel movement after three days of treatment, consult your doctor.

Medication Interaction: Take this product at least 30 minutes before or after other medicines.
