I. Event Overview

Please carefully read the event rules before participating. Participation in this event means that the user agrees to and accepts the contents of these rules.

II. Event Introduction

The Dutch Auction Event (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") is an innovative shopping experience where Joybuy offers a limited quantity of products. Throughout the auction period, the price of the product continuously drops until a user successfully wins the bid. Seize your chance to get exclusive discounts!

III. Participation Conditions

To enhance the shopping experience, some products in the Dutch Auction event are exclusively available for purchase by individual user accounts. Users can only participate in the event through the Dutch Auction channel. Some products are exclusively available to registered accounts to ensure a fair chance for all users.

IV. Payment Timing

After winning a bid, the price and stock are locked for you. You have 3 minutes to submit your order and 5 minutes after that to complete the payment. If you do not submit the order on time or complete the payment, or if you cancel the order, you will no longer be able to bid on the item during the current auction round.

V. Stock Limitations

The stock is limited, and successful bids are subject to availability and system confirmation.

VI. User Rights

All products in the Dutch Auction Event are free of shipping costs, and the price of the winning bid is the final payment price. The return and exchange policy for products obtained through the Dutch Auction Event follows the same policy as regular products on Joybuy.
